Welcome to NSBA's Leadership Council
Your commitment to small business is among the top 1 percent of NSBA's membership - a stronger voice standing together for our community.
Working from your home, community coffee shop, or out of your office, sharing your involvement with NSBA's Leadership Council is a strong way to spread the word for our small-business advocacy in Washington and across the country.

We're glad you're here for Small Business.
Big time.
Hi, there. My name is Ian Elsenbach - Director of NSBA's Leadership Council. Your involvement and small-business story is vital to our efforts of improving policy for small-business opportunities. If you have questions concerning your membership, please reach out to me any time at: ielsenbach@nsbaadvocate.org
Getting Down to (Small) Business
Each month, NSBA holds a Leadership Council orientation, where new members can learn about our advocacy efforts and your role in promoting the needs of small business.
NSBA also holds a monthly networking meeting or programming designed for our Leadership Council, where you can tell everyone about yourself and your business, as well as meet with other small-business leaders from across the country.

LC Councils
Did you know NSBA also has two additional councils focusing on technology and exporting? The Small Business Exporters Association promotes policies that help small exporters expand their global footprint, and NSBA's Small Business Technology Council is the preeminent small-business expert on Federal Innovation Programs SBIR/STTR and IP rules protecting small business.

NSBA is truly a member-driven organization, with our policy issues and initiative mandates set biennially at our Small Business Congress. Already on track with two big wins for our agenda this Congress, we hope you'll use your voice in a big way to help small business and join us to amplify NSBA's mandate from the small-business community.
