Christopher Wojcik serves as the Senior Director of Membership Marketing and Development at the National Small Business Association (NSBA). In this capacity, he is responsible for leading strategies and implementing initiatives focused on membership recruitment, engagement, retention, and revenue development. As a mission-driven strategist, Mr. Wojcik possesses nearly two decades of experience in assisting national associations in enhancing their membership value, modernizing their market strategies, and establishing sustainable revenue systems that further organizational impact.
Prior to his tenure at NSBA, Mr. Wojcik operated a successful consulting practice that provided support to associations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations in areas including membership strategy, revenue optimization, product development, and operational alignment. His advisory services encompassed assisting organizations with strategic growth pivots, redesigning value propositions, modernizing sales channels, and repositioning their brands. Additionally, he has guided several clients through the restructuring of membership models, the implementation of digital funnels, and the development of scalable, data-driven marketing programs.
Mr. Wojcik previously held senior membership and marketing positions at the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), the American Society of Interior Designers, and the Society of General Internal Medicine. In these roles, he spearheaded initiatives aimed at enhancing membership growth, introduced integrated revenue strategies, redesigned member engagement pathways, expanded corporate engagement, and facilitated significant increases in both recruitment and retention.

Mr. Wojcik resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his family, and he enjoys participating in rock climbing and international travel.
